Capacity and lead times
2,600 m2 factory, 180+ workers and 80,000+ units per month across all product lines. School bag bulk production runs 30-45 days after sample approval and deposit. Back-to-school orders placed in April-June ship in time for July-August retail and Amazon FBA cut-offs.
Quality control before shipment
Four-stage inspection: incoming material check, in-line check, mid-production check and pre-shipment inspection. Defect rate is kept under 1.5% against ISO 9001 standards, and an AQL pre-shipment report can be shared before the balance payment.
