Q: Is there a maximum order quantity?

No maximum. Our factory has a monthly production capacity of 80,000+ bags. We regularly fulfill orders of 10,000+ pcs for established brands and retailers. Large orders may qualify for volume discounts of 15-30%.

Pricing depends on bag type, materials, complexity, order quantity, and customization. As a reference (EXW factory, USD):

Q: Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes, we strongly recommend ordering a sample before bulk production. Sample lead time is 7-15 days for ODM styles with logo, and 30-60 days for fully custom OEM designs. Sample fees range from $20-$100 depending on complexity, and are fully refundable on bulk orders over 500 pcs.

Q: How many sample revisions are included?

We include 1-2 rounds of sample revisions in the sample fee. If you require major design changes after 2 revisions, additional sample fees may apply. We recommend providing detailed specifications and reference images upfront to minimize revision rounds.

Q: Can I get samples of multiple styles?

Yes. We recommend ordering samples of 3-5 different styles to compare quality, features, and suitability before choosing which styles to produce in bulk. We offer mixed sample packs at discounted rates.

Q: How are samples shipped?

Samples are shipped via express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or EMS) and typically arrive in 3-7 days worldwide. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, or can be included in the sample fee. We can also ship to your freight forwarder in China if preferred.

Q: Will the bulk production match the approved sample exactly?

Yes. The approved sample becomes the “golden sample” for bulk production. We keep a reference sample in our QC department and compare every production batch against it. Minor variations (±5%) in color may occur due to fabric dye lots, but we notify customers in advance if significant variations are expected.

We offer multiple logo customization methods:

• Silk screen printing: Best for simple logos with 1-3 colors. Durable and cost-effective.

Q: Do you offer private label / white label service?

Yes. We offer full private label service. Your branding appears on the product, hang tags, packaging, and documentation—no mention of our factory. This is ideal for brands that want to present themselves as the manufacturer. We never contact your customers or disclose our role.

Q: What is your production lead time?

Production lead time depends on order type and quantity:

• ODM with logo (50-500 pcs): 15-25 days after sample approval
• ODM with logo (500+ pcs): 20-30 days after sample approval
• OEM custom design: 25-40 days after sample approval
• Large orders (5000+ pcs): 30-45 days after sample approval

Q: What quality control processes do you have?

We have a comprehensive 4-stage quality control process:

1. Incoming material QC: All fabrics, zippers, hardware, and materials are inspected before production. We verify fabric weight, color fastness, zipper durability, and hardware quality.
2. In-line QC: Our QC team inspects products during production at multiple checkpoints. We verify stitching, logo placement, color consistency, and construction quality.
3. Final inspection: 100% inspection of key items (zippers, logo, stitching, overall construction) plus AQL 2.5/4.0 sampling for other defects. We provide a detailed QC report with photos before shipment.
4. Loading supervision: Cartons, quantities and packing marks cross-checked against the inspection report during container loading, with photos before sealing.

Q: What happens if there are quality issues with my order?

We stand behind our quality. If you receive defective products: (1) Document the issues with photos and videos within 7 days of receipt. (2) Contact us with details. (3) We will offer a solution: replacement, refund, or discount on your next order. Our defect rate is consistently below 2%, and we continuously improve our QC processes.

Q: Can I hire a third-party inspection company?

Yes, we welcome third-party inspections. You can hire SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or any other inspection company to inspect goods before shipment. We will coordinate with the inspector and provide access to our factory and products. Inspection costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend third-party inspection for first-time orders or large orders ($10,000+).

Yes, we welcome factory visits by appointment. Our factory is located in Hebei province, about 2 hours from Beijing. We can arrange airport pickup and provide a tour of our production lines, cutting room, sewing area, QC department, and showroom. Please contact us in advance to schedule your visit.

• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We handle everything to your door, including duties and taxes. Highest product cost, zero logistics effort.

Q: What is your nearest port?

Our nearest major ports are Tianjin (about 2 hours from our factory) and Qingdao (about 4 hours). Both ports have regular shipping routes to all major destinations worldwide.

Q: Can you ship to my country?

Yes. We ship to over 100 countries worldwide, including the USA, Canada, UK, EU countries, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. We can help you find the most cost-effective shipping method for your destination.

Q: How are products packed for shipping?

Standard packing: each bag in an individual poly bag, then packed in export cartons (typically 60×40×40cm or 60×45×45cm). Carton weight is typically 15-25 kg. We can also provide custom packing (retail boxes, dust bags, hang tags) for an additional cost. Cartons are labeled with product name, quantity, size, color, and carton number for easy receiving.

Q: Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, we provide tracking numbers and carrier information. For express shipments, you’ll receive a tracking number within 24-48 hours. For sea freight, we provide the bill of lading and vessel information. You can track your shipment in real-time.
